Good ol’ DQ is at it again. They are continuing their “Blizzard of the Month” promotion by adding a Autumn flavored offering for October: Pumpkin Pie. I’m not a fan of pumpkin pie, so I won’t be trying this one, but considering what they did with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie in January (then followed up again in July) I would say any “pie” blizzard is a home run. This blizzard uses pumpkin flavoring, with a sprinkle of nutmeg, and chewy graham pieces to simulate a pie crust. Finally the whole thing is topped with whipped cream for the complete “pumpkin pie” experience. If you like pumpkin pie, try this during October and I’m sure you’ll love it. I’ll be sitting back and waiting for when Peanut Butter Cup Pie becomes a permanent menu item.
